A little bit of tidying up here and there about the site, more faffing on the meta pages, more sigs uploaded, the usual stuff. Actual content planned soon... no really!

Updated shiny new writing.    21/09/04

Well the final (for now) version of the Unix intro is up here, theres a mirror over on my Uni webspace and the actual doc has now been accepted by ISS and put up on their webservers. Oh and the big-mega-sigs file is updated once more, up to 904 quotes of wisdom now.

Well I got bored over the summer and was persuaded I should quickly hack together some docs for the Uni Unix systems. So er... heres the copy from my website, and heres the copy from the Uni servers, that ones more likely to be up to date.

New CSS goodness.    04/07/04

Well the first update of the new year accompanies me having some free time again. And it also involves ripping down all the old bits of site and spiffing them up (and making them confirm to standards complient joy too). Much fun was had. And many old update notices were deleted for being pointless.

On a side note the site thats going up (barring a couple of bits of the old site) should be all nice and shiny valid XHTML and CSS, see the 'ickle graphics at the bottom of the page.

The finest thing about todays update is the cool pic of Sage the cat whose a rather groovy if old feline that lives with us here. Hes got literally 4 teeth left and is a greedy sod but we let him off. Anyway apart from that not much has changed on the site, if anything. Frankly I'm too damn busy. I've just finished writing some of the most boring code known to man kind (Syntax Analysis in Java), but tomorrow shows the prospect of a fun prodding of my spare machine Gomi into shape for development work for my Cool Project Of Much Kernel Funkyness. Or something. Apart from that er... theres probably a few more sigs in the sigs file but then thats to be expected.

Slack Slack gimme some slacks!    24/09/03

A further update to the giant-mega-sigs file from hell onna stick, inna bun with knobs on. Nothing else really interesting to report, work still lingers like the stench of evil above my life, but only for another week before I go back to being a full time student. Oh and I put up a slackware banner with the other silly banners at the bottom of my site. Slack is by far and away the nicest distro I've used, its simplicity and lightness are just a joy to behold daily. And its packages are excellent.
